Over the years, she has designed multiple groups and projects. In a most prominent case, she was selected to work with UNCHR as a stress facilitator for the people (channeling) who worked with refugees in camps. There, she demonstrated outstanding professionalism, creativity, and initiative. In particular, she performed 7 hours of workshops also working with body awareness. She had also been working in a group process with the professors at the State Conservatory of Thessaloniki to help them perform as artists and as teachers based also on body awareness. She aptly leveraged the notion of embodiment in order to help them reform their relationship with their instruments and with their students.

Dating apps have had a profound impact on the dating scene, revolutionizing the way people meet and form relationships. These platforms have provided a wider pool of potential partners, increased accessibility, and facilitated connections between individuals who may not have otherwise crossed paths. However, the prevalence of swipe-based matching and the emphasis on superficial qualities have led to a culture of quick judgments and disposable relationships, challenging the development of deeper connections and long-term commitment.

Location tracking technology has the potential to influence family trust dynamics in both positive and negative ways. On one hand, it can enhance trust by enabling parents to monitor the safety of their children and ensuring they arrive at their intended destinations. It can also promote trust among family members by facilitating efficient coordination and reducing anxiety about loved ones’ whereabouts. However, it is crucial to strike a balance between using location tracking for practical purposes and respecting the privacy and autonomy of individuals, as excessive monitoring can erode trust and hinder the development of independence within the family unit.
